IAWA Rule Book Revision & Additions
Following the approval at the IAWA World Council meeting on 5th October 2024. The Disability Lifts, Old Time Strongman Lifts and the newly approved Duck Walk have been added to the IAWA(UK) & IAWA (International) Rule Book.
The rule book will always be available in the downloads section of the website, but if you do have a paper copy please update to the latest version.
